From start to finish the process of measuring/ordering/confirming was so easy and straightforward. The sales/customer service team were extremely helpful and our mattress came well within time. The mattresses themselves are fantastic quality, i may have to swap our bed at home for these ones in the camper! 5*

A perfect customer experience from day 1! This company is simply outstanding allowing customer to alter the size of measurements, the type of materials etc. Bonus is they send another email asking to authorise the sizing once again so that none make any mistakes overall. Mattress is very clearly packed, and the overall experience and feel is magical. It just settled well and it’s being adored very much. Customer service agent - Chloe was really helpful with frequent updates and I would strongly recommend this company to anyone.

Spent our first night on our new custom made mattress in our self build van last night and it was so comfy! The whole experience from the start of the purchase to the delivery was smooth and easy. The website was simple to follow which meant that I measured and ordered the correct split sized mattress that fits perfectly. However, it was good to be sent a confirmation email which prompted me to double check measurements before the mattress was made. The delivery was also really quick and the mattress was packaged well so arrive in a perfect condition. The price was very competitive but the quality was not compromised. I would definitely recommend this company and am really pleased with the mattress.
